MEXICO CITY -- Mexico's federal personnel authority says it has captured a presumed cheater of a cross-border take association suspected in scores of killings, including the homicide of a U.S. consulate worker.
Cardenas says Gallegos was participating in the Jan ending of 15 youths at a band and he is also a venture in the ending of fivesome federal agents and an employee of the U.S. consulate in Ciudad metropolis in March.
