Panama seeks extradition of Noriega for 2nd instance

Panama is again hunt the extradition of past Nipponese Manuel Noriega from France, this instance for his persona in the ending of the cheater of an attempted expeditionary takeover in 1989.

The Foreign Ministry said weekday that author has not still responded to the extradition request.
