Soudan chair offers to assuage southward of debt

KHARTOUM, Soudan –  Sudan's chair has offered to assuage the southward from some debt charge if it votes for independence by forward the full $36 1000000000 domestic debt.

President Omar al-Bashir's duty said weekday that disagreeable to separate the debt between the northerly and a doable newborn gray commonwealth is of "no use" because the newborn land would not be healthy to assist the debt.
